The Congregational Community Action Project, CCAP, is a co-operative ministry of churches and synagogue in the city of Winchester and in Frederick County which have joined forces to provide financial, material and supportive assistance to those who are in need and unable to meet their responsibilities on their own.

How CCAP Operates...

CCAP's physical address is 2011 Valley Avenue in Winchester. Our mailing address is P.O. Box 2112, Winchester, Va, 22604. We maintain a complete food pantry, we operate a clothing room for both genders of all sizes, and we offer assistance in other areas such as rents, utilities and prescription drugs. Our hours of operation are 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 pm, Monday - Thursday.  Click here to learn about CCAP's motivation.

Winchester area churches and synagogue, civic groups, schools and service organizations, business and individuals support CCAP by collecting and delivering food and clothing and by generously giving financial assistance. Click here to learn how you can support CCAP.
