What is eRaffle.com?
eRaffle.com is an international marketing company that raffles, or eRaffles, products and services to and for eRaffle members, businesses and charities. eRaffle members may receive free tickets or purchase tickets, with the eRaffle.com platform randomly selecting winners at the time of the drawings.

eRaffle.com is the final authority for approving and conducting eRaffle campaigns. Those who wish to eRaffle are subject to any and all conditions and limitations.

eRaffle campaigns are executed on behalf of the petitioning eRaffle member, business or charity, with the member as the beneficiary of any eRaffle.com service and proprietary knowledge.

eRaffle.com has three main purposes as an international marketing and advertising website :

  • to increase the exposure of local, national and global businesses
  • to provide members a service whereby items are eRaffled for market value
  • to raise funds for charities and philanthropic causes worldwide

What is an eRaffle?
An eRaffle is the raffle of a product or service on eRaffle.com, by eRaffle.com, to eRaffle members. There are Free eRaffles and Benefactor (“paid”) eRaffles. Free eRaffles allow members to receive free tickets and Benefactor eRaffles allow members to buy tickets for eRaffled items.

Raffles are widely accepted in western culture and around the world. Churches, schools and charities use raffles to raise money and awareness, while businesses use raffles to attract potential customers.

eRaffle.com offers the excitement of either creating or winning eRaffles. .

How do I become a member?
Simply register. It is free to sign up.

I am a new eRaffle member. What should I do now?

  1. Become familiar with eRaffle.com and your “My eRaffle” account.
  2. Fund your account.
  3. Get tickets for things you want to win.
  4. Spread the word about eRaffle.com.

What payment methods are accepted by eRaffle.com?
eRaffle.com uses clickandbuy.com as a payment processor. Clickandbuy accepts credit cards, bank wires, checks, and other forms of payment.

How do I fund my eRaffle account?
To fund your account, go to "My eRaffle" and click the "Fund My eRaffle Account" tab.

Please note, payment processors charge a fee to process transactions. When you load funds into your eRaffle account, these fees will be deducted from your total deposit. For example, if you add $100.00 into your eRaffle account and the processor deducts $4.50, $95.50 will be deposited.

Why does eRaffle.com use third parties to process payment transactions?
eRaffle.com made a strategic decision to partner with companies that specialize in financial transactions. These relationships allow eRaffle.com to save time and money, as well as focus on its mission - eRaffling products and services to and for eRaffle members.

I deposited funds into my eRaffle account with a credit card. Why was a percentage deducted?
eRaffle.com is assessed a fee to process and receive your funds. For deposits into your eRaffle account only, this fee is deducted.

As an example, if you place $100.00 into your eRaffle account, and the financial processor charges 4.5%, the cost of $4.50 will be deducted and $95.50 will be added to your account.

What is the eRaffle.com refund policy?
You may cancel your eRaffle membership at any time. You have three days from the time you become a member to receive a full refund of any membership fee paid. If you close your account, any remaining funds in your eRaffle account will be returned, less any processing fees.

Who is an eRaffler?
An eRaffler is the person or business using eRaffle.com to request that a product or service be eRaffled.

Who may become a member of eRaffle.com?
Those who are 13 years or older may become a member.

How does eRaffle.com communicate with its members?
eRaffle.com communicates with its members through the eRaffle Message Board and by email.

Why must I use accurate information during registration?
Accurate information helps to validate the identity of winners. If you win an item that must be shipped, it will be sent to the address provided during registration. Furthermore, eRaffle members who win major items must be verified before delivery.

For example, if a member wins a new car, but cannot be identified and verified according to information offered during registration, the winner will not receive the car. eRaffle.com does not allow phantom members or multiple accounts.

What is the eRaffle Survey?
This survey allows you to indicate your interests. When an eRaffle campaign is posted that matches your interests, you may receive notification.

What is a "Free eRaffle?"
A Free eRaffle is a campaign that is created by eRaffle members or Merchants eRaffling an item for which the tickets are free. eRaffle members may only receive one ticket for each Free eRaffle campaign.

A Free eRaffle is a campaign that allows general members to eRaffle items for free, with an unlimited number of tickets available until the drawing date.

The Free eRaffle campaign allows businesses to eRaffle products or services for free by offering a limited number of tickets.

What is a Benefactor ("Paid") eRaffle?"
A Benefactor eRaffle is a campaign created by eRaffle members or businesses eRaffling an item on behalf of a charity. eRaffle.com may sell an unlimited number of tickets or a limited number of tickets. Once the drawing is held and the winner receives the item, the eRaffler would receive funds, if any, for the market value of the item.

eRaffle members are limited to purchasing no more than 20 tickets for any given Benefactor campaign.

What happens if a minimum number of tickets is not received for an eRaffle campaign?
If the minimum number of tickets is not met, the eRaffler will receive notification before the scheduled drawing date. After the drawing date expires, the eRaffler may extend the date of the drawing, cancel the eRaffle, or draw a winner from among the eRaffle members who received tickets.

If the eRaffler does not make a decision from the three options, eRaffle.com will suspend the campaign. The eRaffler has 15 days from the date of the suspension to complete the campaign. After 15 days, the eRaffle campaign will be cancelled. In the event that an eRaffle campaign is cancelled, members who purchased tickets will receive a full refund.

What is an eRaffle Business Account?
An eRaffle Business Account is an upgrade from a general eRaffle membership, allowing businesses to eRaffle and sell products and services. A business account may not be opened until a personal eRaffle account is established. The cost of a business account is $297.95 annually.

To create a business account, go to “My eRaffle” and click on the “Open an eRaffle Business Account” link located near the top right of the page.

Please note, you will create a different eRaffle ID for your business account, but you will use the same password used for your personal account. For example, with the personal eRaffle ID "Fred" and a password of “123456,” the eRaffle business ID of "Beeswax” will use the “123456” password.

When you sign in as “Fred” or “Beeswax,” you will view the same account. However, there are several pages and features that are unique to the business account which may be viewed only when logged in with the business account.

An eRaffle Merchant must post Free eRaffles under the business account. Products and services for a business may not be eRaffled under a personal account. When an “eRaffle Merchant” posts eRaffles with a business account, the “eRaffle Merchant” logo will be posted on the eRaffle campaign.

Why does an eRaffle Business Account have a different eRaffle ID?
An eRaffle Business Account has a different eRaffle ID to allow the owner to keep his business identity separate from his personal account. It ensures greater privacy.

What are the benefits of an eRaffle Business Account?
An eRaffle Business Account allows a business to have a true “internet presence” on eRaffle.com without the time, cost and knowledge required to operate a website. And businesses with a website may import that very website directly into an eRaffle campaign. Both options increase a company’s visibility.

An eRaffle business may also market and sell directly to eRaffle members using the eRaffle website and the self-contained eRaffle commerce system. For example, a business may sell directly to eRaffle members without the need for a third party payment processor. In essence, as an eRaffle Merchant, you have your own store.

When an eRaffle member purchased a product from my business account, I did not receive the full amount. Why?
A 1% fee is retained by eRaffle.com. This 1% is used to facilitate the site’s ability to allow businesses to sell to eRaffle members.

I am an eRaffle Merchant, may I limit who receives free tickets for an eRaffle campaign?
Yes. A business may target its product or service to a specific market. If you sell pizzas, limit the free tickets to eRaffle members in your market. Otherwise, eRaffle campaigns should be open to all eRaffle members. eRaffle.com enables businesses to access a worldwide and captive market.

What is the cost for an eRaffle Merchant to create a free eRaffle campaign?
It costs $5.00 and a penny a ticket to create a Free eRaffle campaign. For example, if you wish to offer 1,000 free tickets, the cost of the campaign is $15.00, $5.00 to post the eRaffle campaign and $10.00 for the 1,000 tickets. When you compare this cost to conventional advertising methods, the savings and benefits are tremendous.

May a business limit the number of tickets available for a free eRaffle?
Yes. Limiting the number of tickets has the benefit of minimizing the cost of the campaign while creating excitement with limited chances to win.

What is the cost for a business to create a Benefactor eRaffle campaign?
A business pays $5.00 to create a Benefactor eRaffle campaign.

How do I get funds out of My eRaffle Account?
You may transfer funds from your eRaffle account to a currency account, such as clickandbuy, e-gold, paypal, etc. You must verify that eRaffle has a relationship with the provider you use. You may also elect to receive a check or have a wire sent to your bank of choice, less any fees for this service.

What is the eRaffle.com Privacy Policy?
eRaffle.com has a strict Privacy Policy. eRaffle.com will not share your information with anyone. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for more information.

How do I create an eRaffle campaign?
Go to "My eRaffle" and click on "Create an eRaffle Campaign." Complete this easy process and submit.

May an eRaffler select a charity to benefit from a Benefactor campaign?
Yes. However, the charity must be approved by eRaffle.com. A charity may apply to become a beneficiary of the fundraising efforts offered by eRaffle.com by completing a simple application.

The purchase price of a ticket was returned to my account. Why?
An eRaffle campaign was cancelled.

Am I eligible to win my own eRaffle campaign?
No. You are not permitted to receive tickets from your own eRaffle campaigns.

I do not have documentation for the market value of an item being eRaffled. Is this a problem?
Not necessarily. If you cannot document the value of an item, offer a statement as to how you determined the market value. The intention of asking for documentation is to prevent the inflation of the value of an item being eRaffled.

eRaffle members are able to comment directly to an eRaffler about the market value and the eRaffle forum is available to comment directly about any inflation of market values. Be honest.

It is best to be honest about the market value of an item before posting an eRaffle campaign. eRaffle.com will scrutinize values and may cancel eRaffle campaigns that compromise the integrity of eRaffle.com or in potentially harm eRaffle members.

I won an eRaffle. What should I do?
Go to “My eRaffle” and click “My eRaffle Tickets” and click “Won.” Be sure to read the “What’s Next?” link on the right. Communicate with the eRaffler and coordinate the receipt of the eRaffled item. Once you receive the item, be sure to rate the eRaffler.

The eRaffle category list does not have an entry for an item or service. What should I do?
Contact support@eraffle.com and request that an addition be made to the category list.

What items or services are prohibited from being eRaffled?
eRaffle.com, while it will prohibit products and services that are immoral and illegal, will make every attempt to foster a “free trade” policy. eRaffle reserves the absolute right to suspend or cancel any eRaffle that poses harm to eRaffle.com, its members or anyone in general. Cancelled eRaffles will result in all funds being returned to members who purchased tickets.

Please keep in mind that eRaffle.com is a family-oriented site, and members may be as young as 13..

There are a number of items that are prohibited on eRaffle.com. As a general rule, members should check for any restrictions that would prohibit the shipment of an item from its country of origin. For example, if you have an item that is protected for any reason, and it is unlawful to ship that item out of the state or country of origin, it is not permitted on eRaffle.com.

Secondly, you must be sure that you are able to receive an item. It may be that your country prohibits certain items from being shipped into your jurisdiction. As a winner, you must be certain that an item may be shipped into your country.

Any item that is posted on eRaffle.com that violates the prohibited items list may result in:

  • eRaffle cancellation
  • restrictions on account and/or privileges
  • account suspension
  • forfeiture of fees
  • adverse rating or review

Prohibited Items:

  • Alcohol
  • Firearms
  • Adult Material
  • Credit Cards
  • Drugs and Drug Paraphernalia
  • Items from the following countries: Iran, Syria, Cuba, North Korea
  • Human Parts and Remains
  • Educational Items promoting illicit or illegal behavior or activity
  • Intellectual property or proprietary information

What is the best way to handle the shipment of an item?
eRaffle.com will pay for the shipment of any item that is eRaffled as a Benefactor campaign, unless the item is not able to be shipped because of weight, size, etc. Under My eRaffle, the "Create an eRaffle Campaign" function provides for entering the weight of the item, which will automatically calculate the shipment of the item to the furthest or most costly destination, ensuring that the shipping fee will be covered.

If an eRaffler restricts the item to a local area or region because of the size of the item, the eRaffler should state that the winner must secure the item. In such cases, the eRaffler should state any instructions. For example, the eRaffler should stipulate the deadline and any time period for receiving the item, to include days and times of availability.

eRaffle.com will not pay for the shipment of items from Free eRaffle campaigns. The eRaffler must pay for the shipping or state clearly that the winner must pay for the shipping or secure the item directly.

Businesses using the Free eRaffle campaigns should explain shipping concerns within the “Shipping Instructions” box or within the eRaffle description. For example, the eRaffler may require that the winner bring his ticket to the place of business to receive the item on Monday, Wednesday or Thursday, and within 30 days of winning the eRaffle.

How is the eRaffle ticket price determined for a Benefactor campaign?
eRaffle ticket prices are determined by the market value of the product or service being eRaffled. Once the market value is entered, a program will calculate a ticket price. However, that ticket price may be changed by eRaffle.com.

Why are the terms of posting an eRaffle campaign strict?
The terms for posting an eRaffle campaign are designed to protect the interests of eRaffle members and the integrity of eRaffle.com. eRaffle.com will not compromise on its strict standards. eRaffle.com will ensure that the eRaffle experience is healthy and honest.

Do I need to upload pictures of an item or a service?
No. However, uploading pictures is ideal and very effective.

May I choose a charity to benefit from my eRaffle campaign?
Yes. eRaffle encourages members to promote the causes of charities. Please encourage a charity to register with eRaffle.com. Once approved, that charity will be eligible to receive funds from campaigns created by an eRaffle member.

What is aheavenlyloan.com?
aheavenlyloan.com is the philanthropic cause that is the recipient of funds from eRaffle.com. It is a cause committed to providing interest free loans to those in need. To learn more, visit aheavenlyloan.com.

I did not receive my funds immediately after an eRaffle campaign was completed. Why?
eRaffle.com has a strict policy that the winner of an eRaffle must confirm receipt of the item before funds are released. If a winner does not confirm receipt, the eRaffler will not receive the funds. Since most items from paid eRaffles may be shipped by eRaffle.com, the items will be tracked easily. If the winner does not confirm receipt and ignores repeated inquiries, eRaffle will make a determination to release the funds. eRaffle.com will prevent fraudulent use of the eRaffle platform.

If a winner is responsible for picking up an item, the eRaffler should get a signed confirmation that the item was received. Furthermore, the eRaffler should encourage the winner to confirm receipt on eRaffle.com. Once the confirmation is made by the winner, the funds will be released to the eRaffler.

What should I do if I suspect fraud?
Please report any fraud or perceived fraud to eRaffle.com immediately. Send a message to fraud@eraffle.com. Please be very specific as to what you believe is fraudulent.

I would like to cancel an eRaffle campaign. Is this possible?
Yes. Even though the eRaffle campaign represents a legally binding agreement between eRaffle.com and the eRaffler, one may cancel an eRaffle campaign. However, you should understand that cancelled eRaffle campaigns will be noted on your account. Cancellations will be a reason for other eRaffle members to view your eRaffle campaigns with concern.

What is the eRaffle Message Board?
The eRaffle Message Board is an internal means of communicating with other eRaffle members and eRaffle.com.
